SCOPE

Responsible for presenting the benefits of the Lifestyle Lift procedure to potential patients.

DUTIES

1. Meeting with potential patients.
2. Presenting benefits of the procedure through use of video tape, past patients results and face-to-face presentation.
3. Identifying the patients needs through communication and note taking.
4. Understanding the patients’ needs and concerns.
5. Explaining the process of the procedures in an easy to understand presentation.
6. Completing needed paperwork to process patients’ wish.
7. Facilitating open communication with patients from the initial visit to post-operative visits.
8.  Continually promoting the benefits of the Lifestyle Lift procedure while at work and in the public.
9. Any other duties assigned by the Office Manager.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

1. College degree and six months experience or 3 years experience in similar non-tangible products (e.g.: weight loss programs, hair replacement and lasik).
2. Excellent communication of the English language (spoken and written).
3. Ability to analyze communication from others.
4. Conduct work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Work under deadlines.
6. Customer relation abilities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

1. Medical office setting.
2. Temperature controlled environment.
3. Working with the public.
4. Work with co-workers.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

1. Ability to move around 100% of the time.
2. Ability to listen and speak 100% of the time.
3. Ability to write 85% of the time.

SUMMARY
Consultant is responsible for successfully informing patients of the benefits of Lifestyle Lift to the point that the patient decided to proceed with the procedure.
