DUTIES
Provide coaching and counseling to Representatives
Manage 15 to 20 Representatives
Conduct interviews with eligible Representatives candidates
Responsible for scheduling agents—7 day/week schedule
Forecast call volumes
Prepare/complete, maintain reports for management
Other duties as assigned by management
REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2 – 5 years experience in Call Center management required
Experience with Call Center Analytics
The ability to work nights and weekends
Prior hiring experience
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written, and lead with both energy and enthusiasm
